Sample SmartAssembly Programs Heat exchanger tube layout: This program is used to create a heat exchanger tube layout. Bolt circle pattern: This program is used to create a bolt circle pattern of holes. The SmartAssembly dialog box is used to enter the size of the bolt circle, starting angle, and number of holes. Both tapped and clearance holes can be created. Gear configuration: This program is used to configure a straight involute gear. Trailer configuration: This program is used to configure a simple trailer assembly. The SmartAssembly dialog box is used to enter the size of the trailer and select options for axles and ramps. This is all driven by a 50 line SmartAssembly program. Config_by_Excel: This program is used to configure a part using Microsoft Excel. This is just a simple example.
