CADquest Order Tracking Information

A sales receipt is emailed to you when your order is shipped. The tracking number for your package is listed on your sales receipt. Please visit ups.com and enter your tracking number to track your package.

UPS will also email you a confirmation notice that includes your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

We ship from our office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Ground shipping to the west coast requires approximately 5 to 7 business days. This is not a guarantee.

Ground shipping is not guaranteed for any specific delivery date. UPS can and does change the estimated delivery date for ground packages during the delivery process.
